Questions should be relevant to .NET Reflector. **What kinds of questions should I not ask here? **
This forum is for questions that can be answered. It is not a discussion board.
Avoid asking questions that are not about .NET Reflector, and questions that are too subjective, or argumentative. Trolling is frowned upon and will be removed from the forum. Please avoid holding debates because they can dilute the questions and answers. For brief discussions, use the comments system by using the "add new comment" button on a question page.
**Who moderates this community? **
Everyone. This website is moderated by us, and by users who have earned sufficient karma points.
**How does the karma system work? **
Karma points serve as a rough measure of the community trust. * If you ask an interesting question or give a helpful answer, your input will be up voted. Each up-vote adds 10 points to your karma. * If you give a misleading answer, your input will be down voted. Each down-vote subtracts 2 points from your karma. You can obtain a maximum of 200 points per question or answer. As you become more active on this forum, you will earn the right to perform a variety of moderation tasks: * To add comments, you need **0** points. * To vote up questions or answers you need **0** points. * To close your own questions, you need **125** points. * To reopen your own questions, you need **500** points. * To retag questions, you need **500** points. * To edit any answer, you need **2000** points. * To delete comments, you need **2000** points. * To open any closed question, you need **3000** points. You can cast 30 votes per 24 hours (in fact, a 24 hour sliding window), regardless of how much karma you have. You see a warning when you have only 10 votes remaining. Note that the limit includes votes on questions, comments, and answers.
**What is Gravatar? **
Gravatar is a globally recognized avatar: a unique avatar image associated with your email address. It is a picture shown next to your posts on websites that support the Gravatar protocol. To set your image, go to gravatar.com. If you choose not to set your image, a square filled with a snowflake-like figure is shown by default.
**To register, do I need to create new password? **

**Why can other people can edit my questions/answers?**
The aim of this site is to help people get the best answers possible for their .NET Reflector questions. Sometimes only one of our more-knowledgeable members knows how to improve an answer, or how to add more detail to a question. Note that only moderators and the site administrators can edit your questions and answers, so you can be sure that the people editing your content have proven their knowledge and/or dedication to quality. This improves the overall quality of the knowledge base.
