How can I side-by-side compare 2 dll's for differences?

I have a DEV and PRODUCTION version which I believe are out of sync and I want to compare the dlls to see the nature of the differences as I now need to edit the code to add new functionality.

Did you manage to get the Diff add-in to do what you needed?

No. the download button does not connect me to a link that works.

Hmmm... I think Sean's having some trouble with (or has reshuffled) his site. I'll let him know.

You could try the diff add-in on the addins page: http://www.reflector.net/add-ins/

Found another location to download diff and have copied the dlls into the Reflector folder, Is there any documnetation? Can't figure out how to load the 2nd assembly.

Sean has some documentation on his blog: http://www.codingsanity.com/diff.htm

If that doesn't help, I'll drop him a line and ask him to get in touch.

As it happens, it looks like Sean's site seems to have resurfaced (http://dev.palantir.co.za/ReflectorDiff), and he recommends a pretty detailed walkthrough of the tool: http://www.aspfree.com/c/a/BrainDump/Working-with-Reflector-Diff/
