Reflector 7 takes a long time to start up

Hi, Reflector 7.4.1.193 here. Takes a really long time to launch. Sometimes UI does not appear at all from "Open in .NET Reflector" context menu. Tried to uninstall & reinstall with no help for this problem. Is there newer/upcoming version where performance is improved?
